Frost DK Rotation (MoP 5.3)
This is a up-to-date Frost DK Rotation for patch 5.3. If you have any questions or suggestions on the rotation, please let me know.

Single Targets
Frost Fever/Blood Plague
Cast and keep up both.
Soul Reaper
When target hits 35% start using off cooldown.
Howling Blast
Cast when your Rime ability procs .
Frost Strike
Cast when you get a Killing Machine proc or you need to dump some Runic Power.
Obliterate
Cast when you have 1 Frost and Unholy rune or 2 Death runes. If your Killing Machine procs and you don’t have enough RP for Frost Strike, use it as well.
Horn of Winter
Cast, then recast when it’s about to expire or you need some Runic Power.
Howling Blast
Use if you have extra Frost/Death runes and nothing else is up.
Multiple Targets
Howling Blast
Use whenever you have the Frost/Death runes for it.
Death and Decay
Use off cooldown.
Frost Strike
Use if your getting close to Runic Power limit.
