Blood DK Rotation (MoP 5.3)
This is a up-to-date Blood DK Rotation for patch 5.3. If you have any questions or suggestions on the rotation, please let me know.

Single Targets
Frost Fever/Blood Plague
Apply with Outbreak, then keep them up with Blood Boil. If nothing is available, use Plague Strike and Icy Touch.
Death Strike
Cast when you have 1 Frost and Unholy rune or Death runes are available.
Heart Strike
Only use if you have a Blood rune available.
Rune Strike
Use for threat generating or if you need to dump Runic Power.
Horn of Winter
Cast, then recast when it’s about to go down or you need Runic Power.
Multiple Targets
Death and Decay
Use off cooldown
Heart Strike
Cast if you have 3 enemies or less.
Blood Boil
Spam for 3 enemies or more.
If you’re still having trouble figuring out your Rotation OR need a more advanced one, then check out the addon I use called Edge. It will show you how to set-up your talents, what glyphs to use, and detailed rotations for leveling, pvp, and raiding.
